I design and stabilise the systems behind large-scale services, the operating models, priority signals and decision infrastructure that determine what gets fixed, built or funded before anyone using the service ever sees it.

My work spans regulatory transformation, digital platform governance and inclusion strategy, embedding structured delivery models, prioritisation frameworks and evidence-led decision making. I operate at the intersection of organisational design, service architecture, business design and digital infrastructure. Increasingly that means building the intelligence layer directly: a signal-led priority model that replaced guesswork with real demand data, an AI-assisted readability tool now shaping content across three programmes, and Map, Trace, Test, Transfer, a systems methodology of my own design.

Most service design still stops at the experience layer. Mine starts a level below it, in the systems that decide what that experience even gets to be.
